We’re Off!
We leave tomorrow afternoon to Alaska. We will be gone a little over a week. I am really afraid of flying with Trey cause he is at the age where he just wants to go go go. So I don’t know what we are gonna do to keep him entertained and on our lap for a long plane ride. I know all you moms have some great ideas so please help me!

Wow! Have a great trip!BR/BR/I have never flown with my kids, but maybe you could make sure you have plenty of snack, toys, books, etc. One thing I learned is to pull out just one item at a time and wait until that one is fully ‘done’ until pulling out the next one. BR/BR/Good luck!

Wow…Alaska…tell us more about what you’ll do there!BR/BR/I just flew from atlanta to san francisco with Kaelin and the dr gave me the OK to use some benadryl to help her sleep if she needed it. And, she did b/c she refused to take her nap. We walked the aisle a TON of times and I got her a couple of new toys and books and revealed them one at a time on the plane. BR/BR/I also had lots of little snacks that would take her a long time to eat.BR/BR/Hope you have a fun trip!

Benadryl. Do it.BR/Oh and watch the apple juice intake. Um we over did it and had a HUGE poop issue!

ALASKA!!! I am sooo jealous.. BR/BR/If i were you I’d bring some books and lots to eat!! Some toys to play with – do you have a portable DVD player – you could always out a Kiddie movie on for entertainment!!BR/BR/Have a safe flight and an awesome trip!!

Yay Alaska. That is awsome. I am reading everyone’s suggestions because we might take E on a plane this fall. can’t wait to hear how it goes. I think snack and toys will only go so far.
